Definitions
This work is composed by the union of two coordinated works; a Security Integral Plan (Security Plan + Selfprotection Plan) and an Architecture Project.
Therefore, the Architecture Project, will be designed taking into account the Security and Safety Directives set out.
These directives will be taken from the Director Plan done through a Risks Analysis and Evaluation as, if exists, the Business Security Policy.
the advantages are obvious since most security problems are because the building itself with a controversial, at best, adjustment to after Security or Selfprotection Plans.

It will be set up by all the base works above mentioned together with the documentation and works on coordination and implementation needed.
The projects will be signed by an Architect and a Private Security Director.

Examples where they are needed
The coordination between the Architecture project and all determining factors either related to Safety and Security as any other that should be taken into account. This coordination would reduce significantly cost on future implementations on that factors.
Therefore would be highly recommended in cases where the safety and/or security is a factor to have in mind, either on new, reform, enlargement an so on constructions.

Professional Fee
Prior to the start of any job we'll create a budget that you should approve by signing a contract.
This budget can vary from the one for an Architecture Project if the safety and security policies are given or could increase with all the works should be add to ensure the correct implementation.
