This is the most common and use contract type in all IBEA services.
This agreement not only ensures the realization of the work by referee architects, but also guarantees the professional board certification in written or graphic documents.
The professional board certification is an administrative procedure that performs the Official Architects Association of each province, whose purpose is to ensure the "adequacy and correctness of the formal documentation of the work"1, to accredit "the identity of the architect or architects and their legal authority responsible for the work in question"2 and taking "the legal findings to entrust the professional board certification with the given laws or regulations"3.
To ensure this guarantee before starting any work we'll provide a free budget with our detailed professional fee, and if you accept it we'll sign the chosen contract.
In the Professional contract exist a provision fund of 5% before the start of every each phase on works with professional fees greater of 3000€.
