Your satisfaction is our aim, and on this goal we create this contract that ensures the same aspects as the professional contract but with the special feature that this contract doesn't tie you till the end of the works. So you can change your mind when ever you wish.
You can opt for this contract on works with professional fee bigger than 3000€.
Before every each phase you would have to pay a fund provision of 20%, and before sending the done phase work to be endorse by the Official Architect Association you will have to sign your acceptance to get and pay that work.
If you just don't want to continue with us we'll value the done phase work till that date and if it is less that the provision fund we'll return the difference, and if it is greater no devolution will be done.
To ensure this guarantee, before starting any work, we'll provide a free budget with our detailed professional fee, and if you accept it we'll sign the chosen contract.
