The Architecture Project encompasses the require work for the design, creation of technical documentation and subsequent site management and settlement.

There are different types of projects depending on the work and extent:

New Building: for new construction.
Reform, restructuring, enlargement: to modify existing building in order to accommodate the new requirements through reform, restructuring, expansion or upgrading, without the need to respect the essence and / or size of the building.
Maintenance, Repair: for reparation or maintenance of an existing building.
Rehabilitation: restores functionality and aesthetics of a pre-existing building maintaining the constructive elements and the original spaces.
Consolidation: returning the structural stability of the building by strengthening the existing structure.
Restoration: it gives a renewed functionality and aesthetic of an existing building maintaining the essence of that building.
Partial demolition: "deconstruction" (reuse and disposal of materials from the work to profit demolition)

Examples where they are needed
