Definitions
The on site Inspection, is an objective exposure with technical opinion, by oral exposure, on the nature or circumstances observed by the architect in general or partial recognition of plots or buildings.
The exposure of the inspection is done at the same place of such inspection. This technical opinion won't have further study or analysis and won't be valid for judicial claims or administrative acts, since has not endorsed written document and therefore can not be reproducible for legal acts.
These consultations will always be conducted by an architect (not technical architects -arquitecto técnico-) thereby ensuring the knowledge and skills to evaluate the building and propose measures and actions to resolve the identified problems.

Documental Content
Due to its oral nature there is no documentation and thus does not possess the professional board certification.
Likewise the absence of any written report makes not valid, in any way, for legal use since we could not guarantee the accuracy of what was said on the conclusions.
On any case, you can always ask for a written report with or without a technical opinion (endorsed by the Official College of Architects). It is important to remark that, on this case, the job will start with another inspection to ensure the current accuracy of the written document.
