The Project Management is the control, coordination and updating of works and actions necessary for the architectural project completion.
Home Management is a further step in the concept of project management, since its objective is to give a comprehensive response from the very moment the need arises until the moment that need has been already satisfied (when the customer is already enjoying his new home).
The Home Management, unlike the Project Management, carries out all necessary formalities both prior to and subsequent to the house construction. Form the creation of the house (search and purchase of the plot, the architectural project, the building construction,...) till the transform into a home (cleaning and furniture, selecting and hiring the necessary staff for preparation, maintenance and security of the home ,...).
