• Phase A (before works)

  5. Notification of Land purchase.

  11. Asking for the council's construction license to start works.

• Phase B (during works)
  1. Official Start of Construction.
  2. Payments by Certificates to the Art Building.
  3. End of works.
     
• Phase C (after works)
  1. Asking for the council's license first occupation.
  2. Annotation in the Property Register the completion of the work.
  3. Entry in the Land Registry.
  4. Contract the services you need for living (gas, phone, etc.)
