This point is very important to be able to construct something since you must know what and how to do it.
    
4. Choose a suitable site management (compulsory in Spain). It is forma by an architect and foreman builder. The architect is IBEA one, but you should contract a foreman builder. We'll help you to find the best professional to get the best of him.
    
5. In case of in between selfconstruction phase on a building construction handel by a building company, is important to indicate it when budget request because the time table on building. In fact we recommend that, as far as possible, the self construction works should be left at the end of works or ask for different budgets on each side of the self construction phase to avoid increase budget.
    
6. During the works, don't hesitate to contact the foremen builder or the architect when you need help or advise. Well help you and give you all the needed assistance and documentation.
    
7. And always have in mind that perfection doesn't exist nor with the best professionals. But what money can't even pay is the satisfaction to live in a house built by you.
