Construction licence
 Before you can start the works, you have to get the works licence from the City Council.
For get it the City Council will check the architecture project along its professional board certification and compliance with the regulations.
This request includes the payment of taxes. The amount depends on the municipality and may be a percentage of the total construction budget (around 4%) or a fixed amount.
Also, the time needed to obtain the licence, may differ a lot from one City Council to another.
