Contract of an Aparejador
 all building construction, by law, must have a technical direction. This should be constitute, at least, of an Architect and an Aparejador (quantity surveyor or foreman builder).
Even the figure of the Aparejador is required in the official start of the works registry.
Their fees are usually about 30% of the architect's fee.
