Sale contract of land
 Once you had chosen the land (see Land search) and solved the issue of loan (see Self Real State Development Loan), comes the Sale Contract.
It's very important at this stage that, just before sign of the sale contract, check loads of it in the Property Registry Office to avoid scams.
In case you asked for a loan, the Bank itself gives Notary to sign the sale contract of the land checking possible loads and conducting the annotation in the Property Registry Office (next phase). But not the information to the City Council to notify the Cadastre.
If you didn't ask for a loan, we will sign the contract before a Notary and this will give us two copies, one for the annotation in the Property Registry Office, and another one for annotation in the Cadastre through City Council.
