- ITE (Technical Inspection Building) will be conducting according to the official local model inside the region of Madrid. It'll have the professional board certification from COAM (Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid)
- Expert Opinion is the Technical Opinion that, as mark on the law, is done in a trial as piece of evidence. It'll have the professional board certification from COAM (Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid)

- Selfprotection Plans
